Abstract

Government agencies such as the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia have a very large role in communicating to the public and also determine health access policies that can coordinate hospitals in determining health service standards and also develop information and communication services to the public. The Ministry of Health itself also plays a role in providing information to the public and is inseparable from issues and crises. This can be seen from the many hospitals that have problems with patients so that there are issues that cause a crisis in the hospital. Including the Ministry of Health in several of its cases which also dragged issues and crises at the Ministry. So it is important for the public relations of the Ministry of Health to have expertise in handling corporate crises, starting from determining strategic steps for handling crises, then monitoring the media, then conducting research to determine strategic steps, to applying the ability to speak in public to establish relationships with stakeholders both in internal and external, as well as further relationship development
